RETURN POLICY:
Want to return a parcel? No problem!
If the parcel is not damaged and you want to return it, you can do so within 14 days of the date you received it if it has not been opened. Please note that returns are only possible for the entire parcel, and we can only accept returns in original unopened packaging.
Returned products have to remain unused, in the condition they were received, and in their original box and/or packaging. It is not possible to return the items that have been opened, tested swatched or used.
Within 14 days of receiving your return we will examine the returned items and organise your refund. We will notify you by email about the return status.
Shipping fees and product(s) listed as Final Sale are non-refundable.
Broken/Damaged Boxes - please send us a picture of the box upon receipt from the courier so we can further investigate, and resolve the issue. Without any picture provided - we wont be able to issue a refund or replacement.

Original, Unopened Packaging Only
At Fierce Nature, we take the quality and safety of our products seriously. Therefore, to maintain the integrity of our items, we can only accept returns if the product is in its original, unopened packaging.
This policy ensures that all returned products are unused, untampered with, and in a condition that allows them to be resold or safely handled. Once a product has been opened, we cannot accept it back due to hygiene and safety standards.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY:
Return products are your responsibility until they arrive at our warehouse.
Though it’s not required. We do recommend purchasing tracking services for your protection and to also hold on to the proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return. Only products received by our warehouse can be credited.
If we cannot locate your order number, we are unable to process the refund. We encourage you to be mindful of what is being sent to us as any products incorrectly sent back cannot be credited and will not be sent back to you.
Fierce Nature does not incur the cost of return tracking or postage.
REFUNDS
We aim to refund you within 14 business days of the product being returned to Fierce Nature warehouse. However, these times may be impacted during high volume periods.
All returns will be credited to the original method of payment. We cannot process your refund to an alternative card. The refund will be issued upon processing of the retuned product(s). You will receive an email notification upon completion of return processing.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Delivery Confirmation:
- All orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
- A delivery confirmation will be sent to the customer via email once the parcel has been delivered.
2. Lost or Stolen Items:
- If an item is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbours, building managers, or anyone else who might have received the package on your behalf.
- If the parcel is still missing, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of the delivery confirmation.
3. Investigation Process:
- We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier to determine the status of the package.
- This process may take up to 10 business days.
4. Resolution:
- If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will either replace the item or issue a refund, based on the customer’s preference and item availability.
- If the package is confirmed delivered to the correct address and deemed stolen we are not liable for packages after they have been confirmed delivered to the correct address.
5. Preventative Measures:
- We recommend customers take steps to ensure secure delivery, such as using a secure delivery location, opting for signature-required delivery, or providing detailed delivery instructions.
6.Ingredient Transparency
All ingredients used in our products are clearly listed on our website and on product packaging. We encourage all customers to carefully review these ingredient lists prior to purchasing or using any product to ensure that they do not contain any substances to which they may be allergic or sensitive.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the products they purchase do not contain ingredients that could cause an allergic reaction. If you have any known allergies or concerns about the ingredients used, we strongly recommend consulting with your local GP, dermatologist, or healthcare provider before using any of our products.
8.Patch Test Recommendation
Before full use of our products, we advise conducting a patch test to check for any potential allergic reactions. Apply a small amount of the product to an area of skin and wait for 24 hours. If any irritation or adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice.
9.Consultation with a Healthcare Provider
We are not medical professionals, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your skin or have specific health concerns, please consult your local GP or healthcare provider before use.
10.Limitation of Liability
By purchasing and using our products, you agree that Fierce Nature shall not be liable for any allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse effects that may occur as a result of using our products. While we provide transparent ingredient lists, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the safety of the product for personal use.
11.Customs Fees for International Orders
For all orders placed outside the UK, customers are responsible for paying any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. We do not cover these fees. Please note that your order will only be delivered once customs duties have been paid in full.
