Is it for face, body, or both?

Nourish Balm can be used on both face and body. Use a small amount on dry areas such as cheeks, hands, elbows, knees, legs, or anywhere your skin needs extra care. For the face, start with a tiny amount and build only if needed. 

Which variant should I choose?

Choose Unscented if you want the simplest option with no added scent. Choose Sweet Orange if you prefer a bright, fresh, naturally uplifting scent. Choose Nourish Balm (Vanilla) if you want a warmer, softer option made with real vanilla beans and no essential oils. 

Why is beeswax now added?

We have added beeswax to support a smoother, more consistent balm texture. It helps give the balm a more protective feel on the skin while supporting improved texture, stability, and consistency. Beeswax is listed as Cera Alba in the ingredients. 

What is Cera Alba?

Cera Alba is the formal ingredient name for beeswax. We use the plain-English term “beeswax” in product copy so it is easy to understand, but you may see it listed as Cera Alba in the ingredients. 

Will it feel greasy?

Nourish Balm is rich, so a little goes a long way. When applied in a small amount and warmed between the fingers first, it should feel comforting and nourishing rather than heavy. Start with less than you think you need, then add more only where your skin wants extra care. 

How do I apply it?

Scoop a small amount and warm it between clean fingers until it softens. Gently massage onto clean, dry, or slightly damp skin. Use daily, morning or night, wherever your skin feels dry, tight, or in need of extra comfort. 

Why did the packaging change?

The Nourish Balm range has moved into a new tub and box format to improve the everyday product experience. The tub helps support better protection for the balm, while the box creates a cleaner, more premium presentation and gives more space for helpful product information. 

Does the double-walled tub help with melting? 

The new double-walled PET tub was chosen to help support better product protection and a more stable balm experience. Like many natural balm formulas, the product may still soften in warm conditions, but the updated tub format helps create a more protective container than the previous tin-style packaging. 

How should I store it?

Store Nourish Balm in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or heat. Because it is a natural balm, it may soften if exposed to warmth. If this happens, place it somewhere cooler and allow it to firm up again before use.+

Why did you move from tins to a PET tub? 

We moved to a new recyclable PET tub because it gives the balm better everyday protection. The double-walled format helps support balm stability and helps prevent melting as easily, while giving the product a cleaner, more premium feel in hand.

Is the new tub recyclable?

Yes. The new Nourish Balm tub is made from recyclable PET. It was chosen to be durable, double-walled, and better suited to protecting the balm through daily use and delivery.

Why does it come with a box?

The box helps protect the product during transit and gives us more space to include helpful product information clearly. It also supports a cleaner, more premium presentation.
