Magnesium Balm is a tallow-based balm made with organic tallow, magnesium chloride, olive oil, and beeswax. Apply a light layer and massage into the skin before bed. A mild tingling sensation can be normal when first using magnesium on the skin.

Apply a light layer to the body where there is muscle tension or aching for a nourishing body balm before bed to aid a well-rested sleep. A mild tingling or itching sensation is normal and harmless - many believe it is actually an indication that the body is magnesium-deficient. As magnesium levels improve and the skin becomes accustomed, the sensation significantly decreases.

Store in a cool dry place and avoid exposure to direct sunlight.
