Like many natural balm formulas, the product may still soften in warm conditions, but the updated tub format helps create a more protective container than the previous tin-style packaging. 

How should I store it?

Store Nourish Balm in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or heat. Because it is a natural balm, it may soften if exposed to warmth. If this happens, place it somewhere cooler and allow it to firm up again before use.+

We moved to a new recyclable PET tub because it gives the balm better everyday protection. The double-walled format helps support balm stability and helps prevent melting as easily, while giving the product a cleaner, more premium feel in hand.

Yes. The new Nourish Balm tub is made from recyclable PET. It was chosen to be durable, double-walled, and better suited to protecting the balm through daily use and delivery.
